For an ordinary Belarusian LLC, that concern mostly evaporates. There is no general minimum charter fund: the founders decide the amount themselves, state it in the charter, and contribute it in money or property within the period the law and the charter allow. In practice this means you can start with a modest fund and scale later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two caveats keep it honest. Certain regulated activities \u2014 banking, insurance and a handful of others \u2014 carry their own capital requirements, so a normal trading or services company is the easy case, not the exception. Keeping it running is the long game, and it\u2019s where a non-resident owner has to think ahead. Wherever the owner lives, a Belarusian LLC has to keep its books, file its tax returns on schedule and pay its contributions. You don\u2019t need to be in Belarus for any of it \u2014 but somebody capable does. That\u2019s the reason most Russian owners line up a local <a href=\"https:\/\/opencompanyinbelarus.com\/eng\/pages\/accounting-services-in-belarus\/\">accountant or an outsourced accounting service<\/a> from the start, rather than scrambling after a deadline slips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being the director is more flexible than people assume. As a Russian citizen you can run the company yourself and take most decisions from wherever you are, signing electronically or by courier. Only a handful of things really need you on the spot \u2014 some bank operations, and biometrics if you later go for residence \u2014 but the day-to-day won\u2019t keep you in Minsk.
